The limits are the following :

Refered refs : 20/month for Standard members
40/month for Premium members
Rented refs : 25/month for standard members
50/month for Premium members

This means that every month you can get more referals, for instance after 3 months you can have 150 rented refs and 75 refered refs for Premium members.
